FLEXIBLE BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment condition :

•    50% payment is due upon reservation.

•    Balance payment is due latest 35 days prior to embarkation.

The full payment is required for last moment bookings

Cancellation policy   

Booking cancelled, more than 75 days before embarkation, 30% of the total charter fee

Booking cancelled between 74 & 36 days before embarkation, 50% of the total charter fee

Booking cancelled less than 35 days before embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee

Upgrade/change, subject to the cancellation policy

Rescheduling of the charter is subject to availability. When rescheduling the charter, the client may reschedule to a higher/lower pricelist period subject to payment of the additional price-list difference
